There’s nothing more rewarding than sharing some of the food knowledge I’ve collected over 50 years in a kitchen and having others passing it on to their loved ones. I’ve been giving formalized cooking classes for more than 10 years from healthy family meals (with the children learning simple techniques) to corporate team building exercises. The one constant is that guest students are happier for having taken the class.
Can’t boil water? Burn everything you touch? I can give you the confidence and solid skills to make a great three or four course meal in half the time you think you’ll need and you’ll have fun doing it.
While I do currently conduct cooking classes at the Miami Dade College Culinarium, I can also set up a lesson at your home or office. We have Hotel locations in the Miami area as well. Prices vary according to menu, wines to be presented, and the size of the class. This can be a Saturday night friend’s group or a Girls Night out. I’ll be glad to make up a lesson plan and pricing to fit your needs. You supply a thirst for knowledge and sustenance, we’ll bring the food and good cheer.
