Cooking Classes & Catering
There’s nothing more rewarding than sharing some of the food knowledge I’ve collected over 50 years in a kitchen and having others passing it on to their loved ones. I’ve been giving cooking and formalized classes for more than 10 years from healthy family meals (with the children learning simple techniques) to corporate team building exercises. The one constant is that guest students are happier for having taken the class. While I give guest lecture/wine and food tastings at a local college, I can also set up catering in home or office. We have Hotel locations in the Miami area to accommodate larger groups as well. Prices vary according to the menu, wines to be
presented, and the size of the class. This can be a Saturday night friend’s group or a Girls Night out. I’ll be glad to make up a cooking lesson plan and pricing to fit your needs. You supply a thirst for knowledge and sustenance, we’ll bring the food and good cheer!
